Our Client companies place very high importance on providing continual professional
back-up and support, and therefore provide their new Sales Consultants and Coordinators
with the best opportunity of success and are proud of the role they play in the
development of each individual.
As a Sales Coordinator, upon arrival at your location, you will begin an onsite
training course, during which you work one-on-one with some of the best and most
successful Administration staff, Sales Consultants and Sales Managers in the Offshore
industry.
The Sales training is long-term and hands-on – which means you continue to have
great earnings potential while undergoing the training process. Thus your capacity
to earn is not placed on hold while you are training.
The role of the Sales Coordinator has several distinct areas of responsibility and
the training is geared to cover each one of those required areas.
Firstly, the role requires excellent telesales skills. We have access to, and will
train you in, the best methods to approach our potential clients ethically and professionally.
You will also learn how to cover what we can offer, the benefits in investing offshore
and how to obtain an appointment for your Consultant to visit the client.
Secondly, the role entails research so that you can, in conjunction with your Consultant,
identify potential clients to approach, and centres of influence or introducers
who will help you in your approach work. Our Client businesses comprise the largest
Sales companies in the offshore market and their growth has been due partly to the
expertise that exists in finding new markets to approach. Our Managers and Senior
Coordinators will cover this area fully as a part of your development and training.
Training for our Sales Consultants – as for Coordinators – is an ongoing process,
one that lasts for the duration of your tenure with out client companies.
Our Sales Consultant training programme, most especially the Foundation Training
Course, is more concentrated and more demanding than that provided for Coordinators.
It is at all times challenging, thorough, effective, and – perhaps most importantly
– gratifying. It is, however, only the beginning of your training.
Sales Consultants, on joining, are invited to an intensive five day training course
which is held at a quality overseas hotel. It is organised and paid for by the client
company (excluding flight costs) and delivered by some of the top Sales Trainers
in the business. They have in depth background and knowledge of the Offshore Market,
and the optimum techniques to help you understand a potential client’s requirements.
The Foundation Course caters for all levels of existing Sales experience and the
Trainers strive to ensure that everyone is brought up to the required levels by
the end of the course. To achieve this, the days are quite intensive and each evening
further study is required. However the effort put in during the course gives the
perfect grounding to ensure success once you arrive at your destination.
The main emphasis is on getting new Consultants to understand how to portray the
company, find out a client’s requirements and then find the products that are right
for that client. There is a perfect balance of Sales Training and Technical Knowledge
which leaves the new Consultant ready to see clients as soon as they reach their
destination and start earning in the shortest period of time possible.
As the largest company in the market, our client companies feel their best assets
are the integrity and professionalism associated with their staff.
Part of the continuing success and growth of the businesses and your opportunity
to excel are based on the quality and depth of the initial training that is provided
during the Foundation Course which, we believe, is the best in the industry.
On arriving at your location, within a week of attending the Foundation Training
Course, you will start an intensive ten week field training programme. You will
be encouraged to be totally committed to take on your first clients but with close
guidance and supervision from your Area Manager.
Your Area Manager will provide full training support as well as one-to-one training,
for the first few weeks, after each meeting with a potential client. Subsequent
Sales management and training is an ongoing process.
You are fully supported by your appointed Area Manager, Regional Manager and by
your Managing Director at all times.
In your early days in your new location the support and encouragement that you get
are the perfect complement to your own positive attitude and enthusiasm. However
good our Managers and Training are you have to be a self starter and prepared to
“make it happen”. For every bit of energy that you put in will be matched by training
and support from your manager.
As we previously mentioned you will systematically get additional technical training
on all top providers and their products during your early weeks in your location
so that you can not only understand them individually but can compare their merits
and strengths against each other.
Equally your managers will help you develop your confidence and expertise for your
appointments. You will get the opportunity to accompany top Consultants in your
office or your manager on their appointments to learn fro their experience and also
your managers will join you on some of your appointments to help your confidence.
After these appointments your manager will go through the appointment with you so
that you can continually improve your technique and provide an even better service
to your clients.
Each week in addition to the individual training that you receive there will be
branch meetings where managers or experienced Consultants will give additional training
of a variety of aspects of our business.
